Find a comfy place like couch around your house, maybe outside in the garden, or on that jumpy bed in the bed room. Grab a book and get immersed in it; you don’t have any hours limited or schedules to follow! It’s a fact that reading can reduce stress or anxiety, and in moments like we might be filled with tension and frustration. Reading is a beautiful way to relax.
4) Spend some quality time with your near ones
If you are lucky enough to be with your loved ones at home, take the time or hours to have a happy hour with them and appreciate them. You can have a board game and have a game all day all together. Get a glass of juice or yummy food or bursting pizza with cheese and some cookies, and sit around the table to share stories that you have in your life until now and moments together from years gone by.
